Hi I'm Kaitlyn Holliman, the proud owner of Connection Dance Company.
After years of teaching and coaching dancers throughout our community, I founded Connection Dance Company with one goal: to create a studio where dancers develop strong technique, gain the confidence to thrive, and continue to grow together.
Dance has been one of the greatest passions of my life, and over the years it has given me the opportunity to teach, coach and mentor hundreds of dancers throughout Mobile County. Every role I've held has shaped me into the instructor, coach, and leader I am today.
As the Head Dance Team Coach at Bernice J. Causey Middle School, I've had the privilege
of leading dancers through football seasons, performances, competitions, and national championships while helping them grow as athletes and individuals. Those experiences reinforced my belief that great dance education is about more than winning - it's about developing disciplined athletes and a lifelong love for dance.
Every dancer's journey is unique, and I believe success looks different for every child. When your child joins Connection Dance Company, they're joining more than a dance class. Parents can expect quality instruction, open communication, and an environment where every dancer is encouraged to work hard, show respect, and celebrate each other's success. My commitment is to help every child grow not only as a dancer, but also as a responsible and respectful young person.
